Finance expert Neyyire ELEVLİ (Financial Institutions Coordinator) obtained her BS degree in Marmara University Faculty of Political Sciences Public Finance, MS degree from İstanbul University Faculty of Administration Operation Financing Main Scientific Branch. She was employed in various branches and general directorates of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. for more than twenty years.
Economist Ahmet BÜYÜKDUMAN (Capital Market Board Licensed Real Estate Valuation Expert) obtained his BS degree from METU Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences (1992), MS degree from İstanbul University Faculty of Economics (1998), and has been continuing his Phd. Studies on “Real Estate Economy”. Ahmet Büyükduman is “Visiting Lecturer” in İstanbul University Social Science Vocational School in Banking Program. He was employed in insurance companies and banks on “Expert”, “Inspector”, “Branch Manager” and “Credits Manager” positions for more than ten years.
Civil Engineer Birsen KORKMAZ (Valuation Expert) obtained her BS degree from Yıldız Technical University Civil Engineering Department (1979). Korkmaz was employed in Eyüp and Bayrampaşa Municipalities on the positions of Control Engineering, Study Project Chief, Utilities and Construction Deputy Manager, and as Judicial Expert. Korkmaz is in the phase of obtaining his Capital Market Board License.
Professional Architect Ali Erman YÜCEL (Valuation Expert) obtained BS and MS degrees from İstanbul Technical University Faculty of Architecture Department of Architecture (in 1971 and 1973). Yücel was employed in İstanbul Metropolitan Municipality and in Eminönü Municipality Housing Department as technical staff. Yücel is in the phase of obtaining his Capital Market Board License.
Architect/Urban Planner Celal ERDOĞDU (Valuation Expert) received architecture education as well during his undergraduate education in İTU Urban and Regional Planning (2001). Upon these education, he had German education in Bonn Goethe Institute. Within the term he was in England,, he had trainings on Public Relations, Advertisement Management and Marketing in Londra Chamber of Commerce. Erdoğdu has passed Capital Market Board Real Estate Valuation License examination.
Map Engineer Bahar SARIGEDİK (Valuation Expert) obtained her BS degree from Yıldız Technical University Faculty of Civil Engineering, Geodesy and Photogrametry Department (2005). Sarıgedik is in the phase of obtaining his Capital Market Board License.
Urban Planner Alâ Dilara ÖZÇELİK (Valuation Expert) was graduated from İTU Urban and Regional Planning (2005) and attends to the MS program in Real Estate Development in addition to her studies in real estate valuation. Özçelik is in the phase of obtaining his Capital Market Board License.
